- How do I choose my size?
- Pick your category (men, women or kids) and then your size. Every size is shown in US first and EU second, and the size guide on the product page also lists UK sizes.
- What can I write on the sliders?
- You can personalize the right and left slider independently — a name, initials or a number. Text is printed exactly as you type it, so please double-check spelling before paying.
- How long does production take?
- Every pair is made to order and leaves our workshop within 3 – 5 business days.
- How much is shipping and where do you ship?
- Flat $14.59 worldwide, shown separately at checkout. Delivery takes 2 – 5 business days in the United States and 5 – 20 business days elsewhere.
- Can I return a personalized pair?
- Personalized orders are final sale, since we cannot resell them. If your pair arrives damaged or with the wrong name or size, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card details.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
- Personalized orders begin production within hours. Contact us immediately and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
- How do I clean my sliders?
- Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry away from direct heat. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals to keep the print looking fresh.
- Will the printed text look exactly like the website photos?
- We print the text exactly as you type it in the chosen font. Minor color and screen-to-print differences are normal, but the placement and style match what you see in the product images.
- Do you offer bulk or event orders?
- Yes — contact us for weddings, teams, corporate gifts or events and we will provide custom pricing and packaging options.
- What if my foot size falls between two sizes?
- If you are between sizes, we recommend going up one size for the most comfortable fit. The sliders have a relaxed open-toe shape.
